There are times when more than a calming room is needed.  If you find that you're struggling with hard emotions regularly, please reach out immediately to a trusted adult.  Here are some online resources to help.  Please note that they do NOT take the place of talking with a trusted family member and a medical professional.  If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911.
